Art & Talking is a new gallery in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. It's bursting with energy, has a fresh exhibition every month, and is building a community with a series of artist talks, walking tours, soirees, classes...and poetry! Described by Anna Saunders as 'one of the loveliest venues I've ever read in'.
The Art & Talking poetry series kicked off in May 2025 with Matt Black and Robin Vaughan-Williams. There was so much enthusiasm that we decided to keep going, and have since welcomed poets ranging from Olga Dermott-Bond and Daniel Sluman through to Tina Sederholm and Rency Raquid into the gallery, along with a strong range of voices in the open mic.
Poetry at Art & Talking is hosted by Robin Vaughan-Williams. There are a limited number of open spots available (max 2 poems or 5 mins)...get in touch if you'd like to book one (DM @robinrvw or email director(at)artandtalking.com). Entry is £5 on the door.
